Embark on your 2-day desert adventure from Marrakech to Zagora, starting with an early morning departure from your hotel or riad around 07:30. The journey kicks off with a scenic drive through the Tizi N’tichka pass, reaching an altitude of 2260 meters, passing by charming Berber villages. Along the way, we’ll make stops to appreciate the breathtaking scenery, capture photos, and indulge in refreshing mint tea while stretching your legs. Upon reaching Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and backdrop for famous films like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia, enjoy a guided tour of this historic marvel. Following lunch at your leisure in either Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou or Ouarzazate, we’ll continue our drive through the Anti Atlas Mountains, passing the Berber Village of Agdez, and entering the awe-inspiring Draa Valley with its endless date palm trees, the largest palm plantation in Morocco. Arriving in Zagora in the late afternoon, we’ll prepare for a camel trek across the Zagora desert, witnessing a mesmerizing sunset along the way. Return on your camel to the Zagora desert camp for a traditional Moroccan dinner accompanied by drums and entertainment under the twinkling stars. This day promises a blend of stunning landscapes, cultural exploration, and unforgettable desert experiences.

After enjoying lunch at your leisure, we’ll begin our journey back to Marrakech, retracing our steps through the picturesque Tizi Ntichka pass. As we descend from the mountains, you’ll have one last chance to savor the stunning landscapes and perhaps make a few final stops for photos. Arriving back in Marrakech late in the afternoon, we’ll drop you off at your hotel or riad, marking the end of your unforgettable 2-day Marrakech to Zagora desert tour.
