Meet your driver/guide at Casablanca airport (or hotel) and head straight to the architectural wonder of Hassan II Mosque, the second largest mosque in the world. This mosque can accommodate more than 100,000 worshipers inside and on its terrace. It is also one of the few mosques that allow non-Muslims to enter for a guided and scheduled visit. Afterwards, we’ll continue our journey to Fes, where you’ll be treated to a delicious Moroccan dinner at an authentic Riad nestled in the heart of Fes Medina. After breakfast, embark on today’s journey with a scenic drive across the fertile Saiss plains to the Berber towns of Ifran and Azrou, nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains. These towns are renowned as ski resorts and popular winter/spring holiday destinations for locals.
Continue the drive through the cedar forest, where you may spot Barbary Monkeys roaming freely, on your way to the Berber town of Midelt. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at your leisure.
Following Midelt, traverse the stunning Ziz Valley, passing by one of Morocco’s most spectacular date palm tree oases, before reaching the major Saharan city of Errachidia. After a brief stop, the journey continues to Rissani, considered one of the holiest towns in Morocco as the birthplace of the ruling dynasty.
After a short pause in Rissani, the drive continues to Merzouga, where you’ll meet your camel caravan. Embark on a memorable camel ride over the golden sands of Erg Chebbi dunes, witnessing the sun’s vibrant hues as it sets on the horizon.

From Rissani, we’ll continue our journey to Tinghir, a Sahara desert oasis steeped in history. Tinghir was once home to Jewish communities until the 1960s. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to join a local guide who will lead you through the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter. From there, we’ll proceed to the oasis of Todgha.
In Todgha, you’ll be enchanted by a leisurely walk along the stream, shaded by lush oasis trees. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings and observe the daily activities of the local Berber communities. This experience offers a glimpse into their traditional way of life and the natural beauty of the desert oasis.
After breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic drive across the famed « Road of 1001 Kasbahs » and through the picturesque Valley of the Roses. If your tour falls during the spring season, you’ll have the unique opportunity to witness local artisanal workshops where rose water is distilled.
